After the first buyer backed out I was assured from Jackie Stratton and the Century 21 broker that they were confident that they would be able to find another buyer quickly and they did within a week. They rock! 

I had the opportunity to work with Jackie Stratton recently and cannot tell you how wonderful this experience is. I have been in the real estate business on the financing side for almost 20 years and have worked with hundreds of realtors. Jackie was a rock star from our first conversation. Jackie went above and beyond to sell my house. And, those are not just words. She didn’t just throw a sign up, throw a price tag on it for a quick sale and wait for the buyer to come. She actually worked to make it all happen for the best price/value for our sale. And, on top of it, she loves what she is doing! She loves people, she answers her calls/texts/emails promptly, she is a good negotiator, she is thorough, she asks all the right questions, and she does all the little extra things that make a difference (ie. she would go to the house prior to a showing to turn on the lights and make sure all was presentable – for the potential buyer’s agent). I’ve already referred her to two of my friends and will continue to do so. She is one of a kind and in the best way. She is a “do unto others as you would have them do unto you” personality and always works with love and effort. Thank you Jackie!
